Table of Contents

In our daily lives, transparent vacuum packaging bags are commonly seen. Pickled foods, rice, and fresh produce often utilize vacuum packaging bags for vacuum sealing. Their bag types generally include three-side sealing, back sealing, brick-shaped, and side sealing.

Transparent vacuum packaging bags are typically composed of materials such as nylon, co-extruded films, or PE. If high-temperature retort capabilities are required, special materials must be incorporated.

Competition in the vacuum packaging bag market has intensified significantly in recent years. Packaging enterprises across major regions face fierce competition, with some local markets already nearing saturation. Consequently, more companies are expanding into larger-scale markets. The primary advantage of transparent vacuum bags lies in their cost-effectiveness. Compared to glass, aluminum foil, or other plastic packaging, co-extruded films offer substantial cost savings while achieving equivalent barrier properties.

Key characteristics of transparent vacuum packaging include oil resistance, moisture resistance, withstanding 120°C high-temperature retorting, low-temperature freezing tolerance, and preservation of quality, freshness, and aroma. It is suitable for vacuum packaging, aseptic packaging, and gas-flushed packaging.

Transparent vacuum packaging can also be printed, allowing for partial transparency effects that create an elegant and sophisticated appearance. Specific designs depend on customer requirements.

Since transparent vacuum bags typically come into direct contact with food, they must meet food-grade standards. Raw materials must be environmentally friendly, hygienic, and free from contamination.
